Essential Requirements

Higher titling in Law (speciality PI), Engineering, Computer Sciences or highly specialized technical field
Minimum 7 years of combined experience in IP management, technological litigation, licensing or intangible valuation consulting
Membership or certification in recognized organisms: LES, AIPLA, INTA or international equivalent
Professional civil liability insurance with international coverage (minimum €1,000.000)
Fluid English (recommended C2 level) and domain of international legal and technical terminology (TRIPS, EPO, USPTO, WIPO)
documented experience acting as an expert in at least 10 cases of high-value litigation, arbitration or transaction
Exceptional capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical judges, arbitrators and jurors
History of publications or presentations at conferences of Intellectual Property (desirable)
