The Problem We Solve
The blockchain verifies property and price, but it is blind to physical reality. A token can represent a building with hidden structural pathologies, not loads declared or an unviable urban situation. PTVS closes that gap.
The 10 Verification Layers
1-3 · Asset Identity
Property Registry, Catastro and urban situation (PGOU/partial plan).
4-6 · Forensic Inspection
Physical inspection in-situ, detection of pathologies and judicial verification.
7 · Evidence
Photographic and geo-referenced evidence of the real state of the asset.
8-9 · Criptographic anchorage
Qualified firm eIDAS 2.0 (QES) + timestamp RFC 3161.
10 · Registration On-Chain
Verifiable Claim injected via PTVSClaimInjector with hash SHA-256.

State of the Service
Transparency: The methodology is published and the first project
(Navarres) is in preparation. Commercial inspections will be activated with the
