Phase 1: Incargo & Planning
Validation of scope, initial documentation and allocation of certified expert.
Phase 2: Due Diligence Documentary
Cruise of property, urbanism, loads, IBI, technical certifications and history.
Phase 3: In Situ Inspection
Technical assessment with calibrated equipment, 50+ geolocalized photos and non-destructive testing.
Phase 4: Analysis " Classification
Identification of pathologies, calculation of Trust Level (A-D) and estimation of repairs.
Phase 5: Validation Blockchain
Generation of hash SHA-256 and on-chain record in Ethereum/Polygon/ Algorand.
Phase 6: Delivery
PDF/A-3 customer report + public verification page open to third parties.
Confidence levels PVS
Objective classification based on severity of pathologies and normative compliance.
Seventh
90-100 sts. No critical pathologies. Max. 2 minors. Suitable for immediate investment.
Acceptable
70-89 sts. No criticism. Max. 3 older. It requires minor repairs programmed.
With Reservations
50-69 sts. 1 review reparable or 한3 major. Compulsory negotiation of price/reparations.
Not recommended
≤50 pts. 1 critique or structural/grave risks. Unknown acquisition without major intervention.
