The PTCE Registry is the institutional reference point where the accredited legal experts are listed under PTVS v1.0. From this registry, RWA platforms, insurance companies, banks supervised by SSM, courts and pension funds can verify the existence, accreditation, jurisdiction and validity of certification of any PTCE. The registration is the public proof that the PTCE network is operational under the supervision of the PTVS Technical Board.
Nature of the Register
The PTCE Registry is a public record, auditable and permanently updated of all professionals who have passed the PTCE certification program (40 hours) and maintain their active accreditation. Each registration entry includes: unique PTCE identifier, license jurisdiction, technical specialty, date of certification, expiration date, and current status of accreditation.

- Regulatory audit: NCAs under MiCA can audit the PTCE network to verify jurisdictional compliance
- Traceability of claims: each Verifiable Claim on-chain reference
ptceIdverified in this record - Professional responsibility: the PTCEs are subject to the Code of Conduct and the supervision of the Ethics Committee of the Technical Board
