Requirements to Join the Directory
Necessary conditions to register as a collaborating chartered expert with PropTrust Verified
Active Professional Certification
You must be a member in good standing of an Official College/Association of Experts in your country (Spain, Germany, France, UK, Italy, etc.), with membership fees up to date.
Professional Liability Insurance
Hold valid professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of €300,000 (or equivalent in local currency).
Minimum Experience
At least 2 years of experience in expert work, preferably in real estate, construction, or marine fields.
Geographic Availability
Availability to conduct on-site verifications in your country/region. Multi-country availability is welcome.
Technical Equipment
Possess basic equipment for verifications (moisture meter, electrical tester, camera with geolocation, etc.).
Quality Commitment
Commitment to PropTrust Verified quality standards, standardized methodology, information confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
Language Skills
Fluency in local language + English (for international collaboration). Additional languages are a plus.

Registration is completely free. There are no registration fees, no annual maintenance, no hidden costs. It’s free for all active chartered experts who meet the requirements, regardless of country.
You need to provide: 1) Updated CV, 2) Current professional certification/charter from your country’s official association, 3) Professional liability insurance (minimum €300,000). All can be uploaded directly in the registration form in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (maximum 5MB per file).
We normally review and approve applications within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is approved, along with your expert code and access to the professional area.
Yes! You can indicate multiple countries where you have professional certifications and availability. We will assign verifications according to your location, language skills, and certifications. Just specify all countries in your registration form.
Payments are made monthly by international bank transfer or SEPA (for EU countries). Each completed verification has an established fee according to service type and country (€150-499). We support multi-currency payments. You will receive a detailed breakdown each month.
You must be fluent in your local language and English (for international collaboration and reporting). Additional languages are a plus and will be noted in your profile. This helps us assign you to appropriate international projects.
