Registration is completely free. There are no registration fees, no annual maintenance, no hidden costs. It’s free for all active chartered experts who meet the requirements.
You need to provide: 1) Updated CV, 2) Current charter certificate, 3) Professional liability insurance. All can be uploaded directly in the registration form in PDF, JPG, or PNG format (maximum 5MB per file).
We normally review and approve applications within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is approved, along with your expert code and access to the professional area.
The PropTrust methodology includes 5 steps: 1) Reception and preparation, 2) On-site technical inspection (50+ points), 3) Preparation of standardized report, 4) Quality control, 5) Delivery and follow-up. You will receive detailed training after approval.
Payments are made monthly by bank transfer (5th of each month). Each completed verification has an established fee according to service type (€150-499). You will receive a detailed breakdown each month with verifications performed.
Yes, you can indicate multiple provinces where you have availability. We will assign verifications according to your location and geographic availability. You only need to justify travel expenses if they exceed 50km from your main area.
We perform quality control on 10% of reports. If serious non-compliances are detected, notification is sent for correction. After 3 incidents, access to the network may be temporarily suspended. Our goal is to maintain the quality and reputation of PropTrust Verified.
