PropTrust Verified was born from a real need identified after three decades working as a Chartered Judicial Expert in construction and real estate.
For years, we witnessed how property transactions were delayed or even collapsed due to lack of transparency in asset information. Well-intentioned sellers and cautious buyers faced a market where distrust was the norm.
In 2026, we decided to change that.
We founded PropTrust Verified with a clear mission: to create a verifiable transparency standard that benefits all parties in asset tokenization. We are the official trigger — the quality gate that ensures only verified, legitimate assets make it on-chain.

With over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Judicial Expert specializing in construction and real estate, Aurelio has witnessed firsthand the problems that arise when transparency is lacking in asset transactions.
His experience includes thousands of expert reports for courts across Spain, judicial appraisals, analysis of construction pathologies, and resolution of conflicts between property owners’ associations, insurers, and developers.
PropTrust Verified is the culmination of his career: a preventive tool that avoids reaching the courts, bringing clarity from the very first moment in asset tokenization.
