Naval and Forensic Aeronautics: The PTVS Standard for High Value Assets
With more than 30 years of experience as a Colegiate Judicial Perito in the naval and aeronautical sectors, Aurema Group LLC has elevated technical inspection to a standard of institutional degree. Under the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS) v1.0, we transform the verification of yachts, aircraft and fleets into a forensic process, legally admissible and cryptographically immutable, eliminating the “Physical Oracle Gap” in the tokenization and securing of mobile assets.
1. The Problem: The Vulnerability of High Value Mobile Assets
Blockchain can register the property of a megayacht or a corporate jet, but it’s blinds his physical reality. Traditional methods of taxation and inspection present critical failures that put investors and insurers at risk:
Registration and Double Pignoration: Assets with hidden levies in opaque jurisdictions or flags of convenience.
Hidden Deterior (Hidden Damage): Osmosis in fiber helmets, structural fatigue in aircraft or deferred maintenance that does not appear in a static PDF report of “Day 1”.
Lack of Cross-Border Judicial Validity: A report from a local taxpayer has no probative weight in an international arbitration (e.g. London, Singapore or New York) without a qualified chain of custody and electronic signature.
2. The PTVS Solution: The 3 Layer Verification Protocol
PTVS is not a simple “pre-purchase inspection”. It’s a Qualified Forensic Evidence Record (QFER) that shield the asset:
Layer 1: Forensic Documentary and Registry Audit. Tracking the title chain, maintenance history (logbooks), class certificates and verification of absence of levies in international records.
Layer 2: In-Situ inspection by PTCE Certificate. Executed exclusively by a Legal Perito Colegiado with naval/aeronautics speciality, applying standardized protocols for structural evaluation, systems and market value.
Layer 3: Criptographic anchor and eIDAS 2.0. The report is signed with Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), it is assigned a timestamp RFC 3161 and its hash SHA-256 is anchored in the LO-PR Immutable Registryguaranteeing its overall judicial admissibility.
3. PTVS Naval and Air Service Ecosystem
Our global PTCE expert network covers the entire spectrum of high-value mobile assets, from private aviation to high-ranking nautical:
de Superyates and Megayates Inspection (+30m)
Integral forensic audit of helmets, machinery, navigation systems and compliance MCA/Lloyd’s Register for ultra-high value assets.
Certification of the technical status and traceability of drones fleets for logistics, agricultural or surveillance operations, essential for their tokenization.
Global Judicial Admissibility: Thanks to the signature eIDAS 2.0 QES and the Apostille of The Hague, our reports are valid expert proof in more than 125 countries without the need for additional affidavit.
Protection against Fraud RWA: For tokenization platforms, an asset verified with PTVS meets the collateral protection requirements of MiCA and Basel III, eliminating the risk of “collateral ghost”.
Parametric Insurance (PIPC): Our data feed APRIS’s LGD Matrix, allowing reassurers to calculate accurate premiums for previously considered “insurable” risks.
